Technology and the Generational Gap in the Workplace
Today's workplace is a very different place to what it was when I began my working career 45 years ago. Being born in 1960, I'm a member of the demographically large generation born between the end of WWII and mid-1960s, known as Baby Boomers. The term 'boomer' is derived from the boom in births that took place after the return of soldiers from WWII.
